衡南县新县城石油大厦工程承包合同

承包方： （简称乙方）
经集资建房户集体开会研究决定，同意将石油大厦住宅楼全部建筑面积约7000m2（按建筑面积），实行包工不包料方式承包给乙方施工建筑。为了保证质量，降低工程造价，按期交付房子，明确甲乙双方权利和义务，根据有关法律法规及相关章程，特订如下条约。
承包范围
施工建筑石油大夏住宅楼从基础至屋面封顶工程以建筑施工图为准，全部承包给乙方施工（不包括水电施工）。
工程酬价及付款方式
甲方以施工图纸为准，每平方米按 佰 拾 元计付工资。付款方式按：主体付每层总额平方价的60%，直至主体完工付总额的70%。内粉刷完工付10%，外墙面砖全部完工付总额的10%，整个工程完工并经建房户验收合格后10天内结清账，并付清全部工资。
工程动工及竣工期限
乙方争取在2008年元月底搞好基础，2008年10月底竣工。将楼房按质监站验收标准，合格后交甲方使用。乙方如在施工中因甲方资料材料，造成停工待料，甲方按每人每天
