舒适护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果.doc舒适护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果【摘要】目的观察舒适护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 86 例股骨颈骨折患者, 按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组, 每组 43例。对照组给予常规护理, 干预组在对照组基础上采用舒适护理干预。观察并比较两组的护理满意度及并发症的发生率。结果干预组的护理满意度( % ) 显著高于对照组( % )( P< ); 干预组并发症总发生率( % ) 显著低于对照组( % )( P< )。结论舒适护理应用于股骨颈骨折患者中的效果明显, 能显著降低并发症的发生率, 提高护理质量及患者的满意度。【关键词】舒适护理;股骨颈骨折;并发症;满意度【 Abstract 】 Objective To observe application effect fortable nursing in femoral neck fracture patients. Methods A total of 86 patients with femoral neck fracture were divided by random number table into intervention group and control group , with 43 cases. The control group received conventional nursing , and the intervention group received fortable nursing. Nursing satisfaction degree and incidence plications were observed pared between the two groups. Results The intervention group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction degree ( % ) than the control group ( % )( P< ). The intervention group had much lower incidence plications ( % ) than the control group ( % )( P< ).
