摘要空气压缩机是一种用来压缩空气、提高气体压力或输送气体的机械,是将原动机的机械转化为压力能的工作机,简称空压机。而本次设计的活塞压缩机是依靠活塞在气缸内作往复运动而实现工作容积的周期性变化来工作的。本次设计的为角度式 V 型压缩机,分为两列,其中一列为一、二级气缸压缩,另外一列为一、三级气缸压缩,两列夹角为 90°,平衡性达到最佳。活塞式压缩机是利用活塞在汽缸中往复运动使容积缩小而提高气体浓度、压力的。相比于其它形式的压缩机有许多优点,如:效率高;适应性强,特别是用于排气量小的情况;涉及的压力范围广,低压和高压都适用。在实际的生产、生活中,此型号的压缩机的应用范围比较广泛。本设计的内容包括压缩机整体的设计、曲轴箱的设计、曲轴的设计。主要通过热力计算和动力计算来初步确定压缩机的整体设计。同时,对曲轴箱、曲轴进行设计,并绘出压缩机的总装配图,曲轴箱、轴承盖、曲轴、轴承座, 风叶轮等的零部件设计。关键词: 压缩机; 活塞; 曲轴箱; 曲轴Ⅳ Abstract The pressor isa machine used press air, improve the gas pressure or gas transportation, is the original motivation of mechanical work into pressure energy, referred to as pressor. While the pressor in this design is to rely on the piston in the cylinder for reciprocating motion and periodic variation of the volume of work to work. The design for the angle type V pressor, divided into two columns, one tier one or two pression, the other as a, three cylinder, two angle is90°, balance to achieve the best. Piston pressor is the use ofa piston ina cylinder of reciprocating motion to decrease in volume and improve the gas concentration, pressure. Compared to other forms pressor has many advantages, such as: high efficiency; good adaptability, especially for exhaust volume small; pressure range wide, low pressure and high pressure are applicable. In the actual production, life, the scope of application of this type pressor is widely. The design includes the overall design, pressor crankcase design, the design of crankshaft. Through the calculation of thermodynamic calculation and dynamic to preliminary determine the overall design of pressor. At the same time, the design of the crankcase, crankshaft, and the general assembly drawing of pressor, crankshaft box, bearing cover, crankshaft, bearing, impeller and other parts design.
