5、控制情况。事故及险情发生后采取的应急救援措施、处置以及事故控制情况；
6、相关情况。其它需要报告的问题，如货物名称、件数、重量等；
7、报告联系。事故报告单位、报告人、报告时间及联系方式。
（二）报告程序
当运输货物过程中遇突发事故时，人员必须立即将有关具体情况报告给公司分管安全的经理。
五、启动救援预案
我处是一个专业从事航空货物运输的部门，当运输过程中发生事故时，应立即启动抢险救援工作。
六、应急救援保障（车辆和设备储备）
应急处置队伍：货运处有关人员为公司的应急救援人员（共7人）。
七、应急救援措施
1、应急救援人员到达现场，应快速、果断地进行现场施救，全力控制事故态势，防止事故扩大。
2、现场保护。应急救援人员要注意保护现场痕迹物证，固定相关证据，因抢救货物需要搬动现场物品的必须如实记录并标明位置。
八、预案演练
货物运输应急救援小组应当定期组织应急预案演练，编制演练方案，明确演练的课题、人员、内容、范围、组织、评估和总结等。组织相关部门和人员开展应急处置、救援演练和专项演练。演练要从实战角度出发，切实提高应急救援能力，普及运输安全知识和技能。
