常用的支付方式有：汇付、托收、信用证。
Payment: The buyer shall pay 100% of the sales proceeds in advance by T/T to reach the seller not later than Dec.,31, 2021 .
Upon first presentation the buyer shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the seller at sight. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only .
The Buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the Sellers an Irrevocable Documentary Sight Letter of Credit to reach the Sellers 30 days before the month of shipment. Valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the month of shipment.

一、商品检验检疫条款的内容及举例
商品检验检疫条款的内容包括检验检疫的时间、
地点、检验检疫机构、检验检疫证书等。
It is mutually agreed that the Inspection Certificate of Quality and quantity (weight) issued by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (PRC) at the port of shipment shall be part of the documents to be presented for negotiation under the relevant L/C.
