(1. 中国地质大学工程学院,湖北武汉 430074; 2. 乌克兰国家科学院超硬材料研究所,基辅 04074) 摘要: 为解决金刚石复合片易出现非正常破损问题,对钻进过程中金刚石复合片(PDC)钻头的单个复合片的受力进行了分析,并对改善金刚石层与衬底脱离、脱落现象的措施进行了研究。结果表明,作用在复合片金刚石层上的剪切力是影响脱离或脱落现象的主要因素之一,而剪切力的提高与衬底的切削作用有关,这可通过增大金刚石层与衬底之间的接触面积来实现。通过一种棋盘状刻槽衬底的PDC钻头试验研究证实,研制合适的衬底结构形状,并在衬底表面加工不同形状的凹槽来增大两者的接触面积能使其获得足够的连接强度。关键词:复合片;连接强度;受力分析中图分类号:P634 文献标识码:A DOI: .1001- Load of diamond-pact while crushing rock LI Tianjun1, YAN Taining1, Bochkovsky АМ2(1.
