五、工作进度安排与程序
“创建示范性基层电大（教学点）项目”主要包括建设和申报评审两方面工作。我校根据深圳电大的安排，决定参加第二批申报工作。主要建设工作包括：
1、各部门参照广播电视大学示范性基层电大（教学点）指标体系（见附件二）进行自评，写出自评报告,学校签署推荐意见，经当地政府主管部门同意后,于2010年1月8日前上报市电大。
2、蛇口电大创建办公室按照创建工作任务进行指标分解，于2009年12月28日前将任务落实到部门和责任人。
3、各部门按照《广播电视大学示范性基层电大（教学点）指标体系》的内容要求，认真准备申报材料，于2010年1月5日前将材料汇总到创建办公室。
4、创建办公室要对照指标体系对申报材料进行审核，找出需要改进的方面，总结亮点，撰写好申报材料。
“创建示范性基层电大”工作是一项系统工程，各部门要将建设工作贯穿于“创建示范性基层电大（教学点）项目”全过程，申报前重点围绕示范性基层电大指标体系开展创建工作，通过创建工作找出薄弱环节加以改进。
