第 19 卷 第 9 期 临床药物治疗杂志 ， cience，CNKI，WanFang Data，and VIP databases were electronically searched to collect ran- domized controlled trails（RCTs）on the efficacy and safety of Compound Reserpine and Triamterene tablets from 2000 to 2020. Two reviewers independently screened literature and extracted data. Meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5. 4 software. Results A total of 7 RCTs were included. Of which，5 researches showed that，compared with control group，the ef- fective rate of Compound Reserpine and Triamterene tablets was higher（OR=2. 23，95%CI：1. 32 to 3. 75）. There were no sig- nificant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions（OR=0. 91，95%CI：0. 68 to 1. 22）.
