第一章 仓面准备工程
模板工程
概述
第1条 漫湾二期工程地下厂房混凝土使用的模板有组合钢模板和改装后的多卡模板,鉴于厂房混凝土为多孔洞结构,其内部模板主要使用组合钢模板。
第 2 条 根据不同使用部位和使用条件对模板使用的要求,厂房混凝土工程主要有以下几种类型的模板:
(一) 组合钢模板:厂房结构复杂,孔、洞、柱、板、梁众多,不适于多卡模板施工,板、梁、柱、孔、洞等部位采用组合钢模板。
(二) 钢模台车:用于尾水隧洞的边顶拱衬砌。
(三) 圆弧模板:用于引水洞顶拱和尾水闸门井后尾水隧洞的顶拱衬砌。
(四) 改装后的多卡模板:多卡模板主要用于尾水渠边墙外露面。
(五) 液压滑升 模板:可用于尾水调压井的混凝土衬砌
(六) 承重模板:主要有廊道、排架柱、主机间及主变室的各层楼板模板。
(七) 木制模板:主要用于渐变段、门槽一期混凝土有插筋穿过的模板、门槽二期混凝土模板、局部拼缝模板及牛腿等不宜采用钢模板的部位。
第 3 条 模板构造及力学特征
(一) 组合钢模板:组合钢模板有钢模板和配件两部分组成。钢模板包括平面模板、阳角模板、阴角模板、连接角模以及其他形式的模板。配件主要有连接件和支承件,包括U型卡、L型插销、钩头螺栓、蝴蝶卡等,支承件主要采用方钢。以下以平面模板为例说明钢模板的构造特点:
