摘要I摘 要小学是人生启蒙的重要阶段,是走进校园的刚刚开始,小学班主任的作用无可替代。为了更好地实现班级的人性化管理,需要对小学生的心理及生活等进行了解。本文以承德市双桥区的小学教育作为研究的对象,借助文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法等研究方法,通过对承德市双桥区九所小学校114 名教师和606 名不同年级的学生的调查,对班主任开展班级管理工作的情感态度、专业性认知情况、班级管理中的组织建设、制度建设、教学活动的管理、学生活动的管理等展开研究,发现在班主任的班级管理工作中存在着个别班主任缺乏理论指导影响班级管理水平、日常事务较多导致个别班主任班级管理缺乏耐心和个别班级管理体系仍不完善等问题,就此笔者提出了提高小学班主任在教学及班级管理水平的相关发展建议:认为教师与学生应该加强师生间的沟通,班级管理应该以情感教育为前提;应该提高老师的业务能力,加强班主任培训,树立正确的管理理念;主动开展教育行动研究,提升班主任管理理论水平;激发学生自我管理与竞争意识;加强班级小干部管理和培养和开展多种方式的家校合作,形成教育合力。关键词 小学教育 班级管理 班主任 承德市双桥区 Abstract IIAbstract Primary school life is an important stage of enlightenment, is the beginning to enter the campus , primary class teachers play an irreplaceable role . In order to realize the humanization management in class better, the pupils' psychology and life need to be understood. this thesis chose primary school education in ShuangQiao District of Chengde city as the research object, using literature method, some questionnaire survey and some other research methods, through the investigation of the nine primary schools in Shuangqiao District of Chengde City, 114 teachers and 606 students of different grades, this thesis studies class teachers’ emotional attitude of class management work and cognition of professional knowledge, organization construction and system construction in the class management, teaching management, student management.
