2研究与设计此课程的目的、意义和方向

玉米是当今世界最重要的三大粮食作物之一,种植面积和总产量仅次于水
稻、小麦,但其单位面积产量却位居第一,并且人类对玉米的加工利用程度远远
超过了水稻和小麦,玉米已成为粮、饲、工业原料兼用作物,以其为原料的产品
多达3500多种。我都已超过了小麦而跃居粮食作物的
第二位;玉米增产总额在粮食增产中占到40%左右,远高于水稻26%和小麦22%;
并且玉米播种面积在粮食播种面积的比重小于总产的比重,足见玉米在我国粮
食生产中有举足轻重的地位。
改革开放以来,我国是世界上畜牧业发展最快的国家,畜产品产量大幅度增
加,畜产品品种也在不断丰富。而畜牧业的发展直接带动了饲料工业的发展。
1980年,我国的工业饲料总产量还只有2
