艺术设计学院青年志愿团十一月工作计划
有一种生活，没有经历过就不知道其中的艰辛；有一种艰辛，没有体会就不知道其中的快乐；有一种快乐，没有拥有过就不知道其中的甜美。这不正是志愿者的真实写照吗？十月匆匆而过，十一月的到来，艺术设计学院青年志愿团已做好准备势必在新的一月有所突破。现对十一月份工作计划如下：
部门常规工作
1、每周例会都让部门成员积极发言总结。在通过认真总结的同时也能锻炼部门每一位成员的能力，提高大家的语言组织能力。
2、每天早晨组织部门成员晨跑。一日之际在于晨，作为一名优秀的志愿者必须要有一个强健的体魄，这不仅仅能增强大家的身体素质，也可以锻炼大家的团队精神以此在今后能更团结一致的对待每一个活动。
3、青年志愿团就是一个不一样的学生部门，为了提高青年志愿团成员的志愿者精神计划每隔一周时间组织大家观看志愿者电影。积极开展部门内部培训，让大家认可志愿者的同时号召更多的人来参与志愿者活动。
4、利用课余时间组织部门成员开展关于团结的小游戏，让部门成员在体验愉快的大学学生部门活动的同时学到东西。这样还可以提高大家的积极性，发展更多的青年志愿者。
5、积极准时参与院青年志愿团的各项会议，并做好会议记录，认真听取院团委精神积极组织各相关活动。为湖南科技职业学院增添
