专项检查情况工作总结
县人社局：
为了贯彻《职工带薪年休假条例》、《企业职工带薪年休假实施办法》及省、市、县关于落实职工带薪年休假相关文件精神，切实保障职工的合法权益，根据县人社局《关于开展落实职工带薪年休假制度落实情况自查的通知》（扶人社发〔2014〕162号）文件精神，经镇政府决定对全镇辖区内职工带薪年休假执行情况进行专项检查。现将专项检查情况总结如下：
一、高度重视，周密部署
按照县上文件精神，我镇从切实维护职工权益、构建和谐劳动关系的高度，充分认识开展专项行动的重要意义，立即召开专题会议进行研究，成立xx镇职工带薪年休假专项检查领导小组，镇长任组长，主管劳动保障的副镇长为副组长，成员单位有镇政府办公室、劳保所、派出所、企业办、妇联，领导小组下设办公室，办公室设在镇公共服务中心，副组长兼任办公室主任，并决定从5月28日起至6月5日，对辖区餐饮、加工制造等劳动密集型企业进行一次专项检查。本次专项检查注重宣传教育，采取企业先自查自纠，镇上对辖区内用人单位重点检查，层层分解落实了工作任务，严明了工作纪律，要求各检查人员要深入到一线，检查中不得走过场、走形式，务求实效，从而为专项检查工作的顺利开展打下了坚实的基础。
二、加大宣传，营造氛围
