根本概念
简单的说，主谓一致就是指主语和谓语在人称和数上保持一致。
根本用法
谓语动词用单数的情况
表示‘时间、金钱、长度、价值’等的名词复数做主语时，被视为一个整体,所以谓语动词常用单数。

代词each和由every-,some-,no-,any-等构成的复合代词做主语时,谓语动词用单数.
