海港区教师进修学校文化墙建设构想
文化墙设在新硬化运动场南（现车库），分南北两侧设计，统一模版制作。
北侧：八块展牌，科室文化展示。八个业务科室：中学研训室、小学研训室、幼儿研训室、培训室、教科室、德育研训室、电教室、仪器站各负责一块。围绕科室职能，以图片为主，展示近年来工作理念、工作轨迹和主要业绩,体现科室文化特色。
请各科室责成专人整理所需材料、图片，下周一提交学校办公室邮箱（******@），不必设计展牌，由学校统一设计。
南侧：七块展牌，学校文化展示。具体围绕以下内容进行设计，由办公室完成，所需材料图片下周一完成。
1、组织领导
海港区教师进修学校是由海港区人民政府主办、海港区教育局主管，具有独立法人资格的办学实体。作为区委、区政府的重点发展建设单位，学校不断创新，积极实践，创造性地将教师教育整合于教育整体工作之中，实现了跨跃式发展。2013年，教育部命名为“国家级示范性县级教师培训机构”。目前，进修学校设有9个科室和一个附属实验学校，在学校管理、机构设置上实现了“研训一体”化，全方位为全区中小学教师专业成长服务，为提高中小学教育质量服务。
