Abstract: In recent years, with the real estate industries’ constantly adjusts, industry consolidation and the
reshuffle has been under way. Each cyclical market fluctuations, some weak real estate enterprises will be
eliminated and Survival of the fittest. At present, the estate enterprise capital chain pressure will greatly
increase. As the backbone of the development of real estate enterprises, that represents the enterprise future
development ability. This article from the real estate enterprises cash flow, analyzes on the characteristics of
China’s real estate enterprises cash flow on the current situation and existing problems, and puts forward an
improved method to its cash flow management.

摘要:最近几年,房地产行业不断调整,行业整合和洗牌一直在进行之中。每次周期性的市场波动,
一些弱势的房地产企业就会被淘汰出局,优胜劣汰。目前的环境下,房地产企业的资金链压力会大大
加大。此项作为房地产企业发展的支柱,代表企业未来发展的能力。文章从房地产企业现金流的特点
出发,分析了我国房地产企业现金流的现状和存在的问题,并对其现金流管理提出了改进方法。
