二、加大宣传，营造良好社会氛围
我镇从抓思想认识，法制教育入手，多形式、多渠道进行宣传法律知识，努力营造社会治安综合治理的舆论氛围。
1、加强学习，培训骨干。组织各村治保主任和单位、学校保安组长以及镇综治委成员等共同学习有关法律知识，分析社会治安状况，研究当前工作，使大家有一个统一认识。同时利用召开会议、集中学习、发放警世教育材料、收看录象等形式，将中央、省、市关于加强社会治安综合治理，维护社会稳定的一系列政策法规传达下去。一年来，共培训调解、治保干部X人次。
2、宣传教育，形式多样。一是积极开展普法教育。国家公务员统一参加普法考试，集中到县普法办评卷打分，其他公职人员参考率达100%，合格率达到100%。二是机关单位干部、职工自觉订购法律知识书、报，人手一份，自觉学习法律知识。三是加强法律知识宣传。每
