第三章  组织实施
第八条 干部交流实行分级组织实施：
一、以下情况由公司人力资源部向公司主管领导提出交流人选，经公司主管领导同意后提交党政联席会议研究决定，由公司人力资源部组织实施：
〔一〕由二级单位或项目交流到公司总部担任部门处长及以上职务的；
〔二〕公司总部处长及以上职务交流到二级单位或项目担任领导班子成员的；
〔三〕公司总部部门之间人员的交流；
〔四〕二级单位之间处长级以上人员交流的；
〔五〕项目之间班子成员交流的。
二、二级单位之间、二级单位与项目之间主管级及以下人员交流的，由二级单位拟定方案，报公司人力资源部审批后，由二级单位组织实施。
第四章  交流干部的管理
第九条 公司人力资源部是干部交流工作的归口管理部门，具体负责交流干部的有关事项。
