一、主要用于控制症状的抗疟药
1. 氯喹(chloroquine)
•抗疟作用
特点:起效快、疗效高、作用持久

应用:控制临床症状发作;症状抑制性预防
机制:
A. 氯喹(弱碱性)食物泡内pH 蛋白酶活性
疟原虫利用宿主Hb能力虫体必需氨基酸缺乏;
B. 抑制血红素聚合酶血红素堆积虫体胞膜溶解;
C. 插入虫体DNA双螺旋结构,形成DNA-氯喹复合物,影响DNA复制和RNA转录。
耐药:虫体基因突变药物排出
