实习概述
一、实习目的
，为后续课程学习奠定必要的基础。
、工具、量具的方法；
、各零部件及其相互间的连接关系、拆装方法和步骤及注意事项；
，熟悉零部件拆装后的正确放置、分类及清洗方法，培养良好的工作和生产习惯。
5. 通过拆装加深对书本知识的认识和理解，初步树立起工程意识。
二、实习要求
严格遵守安全操作规程，杜绝安全事故的发生。
独立完成各机构、总成、机件的拆装，掌握它们相互间的装配关系，掌握正确的拆装方法。
熟悉各部件名称、作用和结构特点。了解机件的性能、制造加工方法。
学会判断、分析、处理常见故障及正确使用各种拆装设备、工具、量具。
严格按照技术要求拆装，注意零部件拆装顺序、每个螺栓的紧固力矩及装配间隙的调整等。
听从实习指导教师的安排，不要随意开动设备，以免发生意外。
7. 实习完毕，学生应帮助指导教师清点工具，打扫工作场地。
三、实习器材
1、大众捷达汽油发动机 1台
2、丰田皇冠汽油发动机 1台
3、三轴式手动变速器 1台
4、手动二轴式变速器 1台
5、整车奥迪100 1台
6、后驱动桥 1台
7、常用工具、专用工具(喷油泵凸轮轴柱塞弹簧拆卸器等)、常用量具各1套。
