第三十三条 学生申请修读辅修、双专业、双学位，应按以下申请程序办理：学生本人在规定时间内向所在学院〔系〕提交书面申请，经学院〔系〕主管教学的领导同意，并获得开设辅修专业、双专业、双学位的学院〔系〕主管教学领导批准后，报学校教务部门审核，呈主管教学校长审批。
各学院〔系〕须于每学年第一学期第5周前将辅修专业、双学位、双专业开课方案报送学校教务部门。每学年第一学期第8周办理申请手续，第10周完成审批手续。
第三十四条 辅修专业课程考试不及格，不影响主修专业的毕业和学位的取得。未修满辅修专业学分者，可申请将其辅修专业的学分作为主修专业的公共选修课学分。辅修专业的学籍管理和辅修专业资格等有关科目的审查工作由开设辅修专业的学院〔系〕负责。修读辅修专业的学生，取得规定的学分后，毕业时发给主修专业毕业证书和辅修专业证书。未取得主修专业毕业资格者，不予发放辅修专业证书。
