党员认领社区岗位
of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the和生活居住在社区内的各类党员真正履行职责和发挥作用，科学、灵活、有效地设置岗位和界定履岗职责是前提所在。在工作实践中，区委组织部指导东关南街街道党工委注意把握好四个原那么：一是坚持社区工作与群众需求的原那么。街道党工委根据社区工作内容与任务，以及群众普遍关心的热点重点事项，按需合理设置认领工作岗位；二是坚持人岗相宜原那么。街道党工委在调查摸底的根底上从社区内各类党员年龄结构、职业特点与专业技能出发，因人因事而异，人岗对应匹配，所设岗位力求适合党员的体力、精力与能力，使党员发挥自身作用得到顺利实现；三是坚持尊重主观意愿原那么。根据党员的特长、职业和身体状况等个性气质，在充分尊重个人意愿的根底上，按照就近便利、择优选配的方法选定上岗人员，可一人多岗，也可一岗多人；四是坚持公开监督原那么。党员认岗后社区党组织可通过实行上岗证、履岗纪实薄、党员风采栏、定期评议测评等方式，对认岗党员进行公开监督。
