党风廉政建设与治庸问责自查报告

〔三〕通过“四治四问四办〞、“严治严问〞以及“确责、履责、问责〞治理庸懒散软问题，稳固和扩大治庸问责工作成果。
2022年以来，我街道纪委按照区委区政府的安排部署，继续开展了以“治庸提能力、治懒增效率、治散正风气、治软鼓干劲〞为主线的治庸问责工作，今年的治庸问责工作分自查整改、督查问责、总结提高三阶段逐步推进。通过“四治四问四办〞、“严治严问〞以及“确责、履责、问责〞等专项工作开展，稳固和扩大治庸问责工作成果。
我街道先后出台? 街道办事处党员干部行为标准?、? 街道办事处领导班子成员、机关干部、直属部门干部、村〔社区〕干部管理规定?、?关于加强包村工作的通知?制度，实施机关干部公务事项预报制，推行在岗干部工作日志和月工作综述，全面加强干部作风建设，标准工作行为，推动各项工作落实。当前，治庸问责工作集中开展完毕，转入常态化管理。
〔四〕建立“三重一大〞廉政监督员制度，全程参与本单位“三重一大〞事项监督。
为进一步推进反腐倡廉建设，加强党政领导班子执行“三重一大〞事项集体决策制度监督。我们转发了? 市 区“三重一大〞廉政监督员管理方法〔试行〕?的通知，同时召开了专题会议，要求各社区、村、所属各单位按照文件精神落实“三重一大〞廉政监督员管理方法，建立健全廉政监督员管用制度。经过近半年的工作运行，各社区、村、所属单位在选聘廉政监督员后，也切实地将廉政监督员纳入一些重大工程安排和大额资金运作中来，充分发扬民主，广泛接受各方监督。
