协助片警做好治安工作，发现可疑的人、事大胆查问，严防不法人员进入楼院作案。与片警等、民事调解员一道做好居民邻里及家庭纠纷的调解，做到小事不过夜，大事不过三天，尽量将矛盾平息在萌芽状态，防止矛盾激化。了解掌握帮教对象现实表现，加大对重点对象的管控，有针对性地帮教，促其客服消极因素，解决其生活难题。
·文 体 娱 乐
学好相关文体知识，提高自身和社区文体团体的政治素质和业务素质，带头组织群众开展形式多样、内容健康的科学普及和文体活动，指导社区居民的日常文化娱乐活动和体育锻炼。13年支部党员志愿者为纪念中国共产党成立92周年，联合辖区郑州市第三人民医院党工委、管城区辅读技校党支部的40名党员愿者开展了“党员群众心连心 红色服务到家园”活动。有的志愿者围绕建党92周年为辖区居民表演了舞蹈、唱红歌等节目，用自己的歌声歌颂党；有的志愿者们小心翼翼地为辖区老年居民、以及行动不便的居民修剪头发：有的志愿者们身穿白挂，为大家量血压、分析病情；有的志愿者们不怕脏、不怕累修理自行车和家电。

针对辖区居民的不同需求和志愿者本身的擅长项目，开展实时、应急的，以方便群众为主的帮助服务，大多是免费的，通过各行各业志愿者的真情服务，最终打造全方位的服务网络。
14年，在**社区开展 “平安假期，快乐生活”主题教育活动。活动邀请专家围绕“道路交通安全”、“家庭防火”、“外出旅游”、“游泳安全”、“
