1600平方米，社区卫生服务站面积不少于200平方米。建设模式采取政府购买、新居公建配套、租赁等形式。举办方式采取社区卫生服务中心由政府举办竞聘服务团队，社区卫生服务站由政府举办或社会力量举办。
2基本医疗服务构架
大力推进城乡卫生均衡发展，坚持健康卫生服务锦江的取向，构建以“省、市级医院——区级医院——专科医院”和“社区卫生服务中心——社区卫生服务站”两条主线的基本医疗服务网络，实行区域医疗协作，开展双向转诊，建立互为补充、相互支撑的新型城乡一体五级医疗服务体系。
社区卫生服务中心（站）、医院的建设由区卫生局和当地街道办事处共同负责，并结合发展健康服务产业，原则上实行新城新居配套建设，同时也可采用招商引资方式，适时引进国际、国内知名品牌医疗机构，招大引强，逐步实现管理属地化和行业指导相结合的工作新格局。
