通过实地调查和抽查个人的方式，计算出普通街道所有的垃圾桶都分成“可回收〞与“不可回收〞实那么只有74%左右的人按照分类丢放垃圾。大多数人表示一般会按照分类丢垃圾，但有时候忘记了会随意丢放在任何一类垃圾桶中，甚至地上。而有些餐馆那么把局部垃圾丢放在店门前的行道树下。声称“扫垃圾的人回来扫走的〞。
