1、协助设计方在前期规划、方案论证、设计施工每个环节强化科学管理，树立建设和谐交通的理念，落实建设环境友好型和资源节约型社会的要求，努力做到交通与自然环境、人文景观、经济社会协调开展。为此，我局工作专班协同高速公路设计单位翻山越岭实地踏勘，大量走访当地居民，仔细查阅相关资料，优化设计方案，确定了线路走向。
2、热情周到屡次接待投资方代表，为高速公路建设搭建了良好的融资平台，最终省政府批准恩来、恩黔高速公路由湖北省交通投资有限公司以BOT方式投资建设。
3、筹备开工仪式现场。自确定恩来、恩黔高速公路2022年12月18日在椒园镇王家堡举行开工仪式以来，我局上下高度重视，工作专班积极配合各职能部门完成了开工仪式现场的征地拆迁工作，带着施工队伍夜以继日奋战在一线施工现场，现场平整和筹备工作如期完成，确保了开工仪式顺利举行。
4、施工便道建设。高速公路建设施工便道共13条，。恩施州高路办是建设单位，县交通运输局工作专班为便道建设提供技术支持，并积极配合乡镇做好施工便道占用土地、山林以及房屋拆迁、青苗补偿等协调工作，目前路基工程根本完工，为高速公路干线开工奠定了坚实的根底。
5、县城连接线工程争取。我局积极争取恩来高速公路县城连接线工程。经过多方衔接，协调，积极争取，最终省发改委对
