1．术前了解病人肾积水程度，加以保护，注意休息。
2．预防泌尿系感染，勤换内衣。
3．遵医嘱应用抗生素。

2．门诊随访。
肾囊肿
（一）评估要点
1．术前观察腰部症状。
2．术后观察引流液的颜色性状及量。
3．观察伤口渗血、渗液情况。

1．协助完善相关术前检查。
2．术晨遵医嘱留置导尿。
3．遵医嘱应用抗生素。
4．遵医嘱给予镇痛药物。
（三）指导要点
1．饮食规律，宜进高热量，低蛋白，低钠的食物。
2．根据体力适当活动。

3．预防感冒，注意饮食卫生。
肾癌
（一）评估要点
1．术前观察患侧及健侧肾功能。
2．术前每日测血压2次，控制血压在正常范围。
3．术后监测患者生命体征变化。
4．术后观察引流液的颜色、性质及量。
（二）护理要点
1．术前改善营养：进高蛋白质、高热量食物，必要时输血。
2．心理护理：与患者多交流，使心情舒畅。
3．术后准确记录出入量。
4．术后遵医嘱应用抗生素。
5．体位：术后平卧位6小时,血压平稳后给予半卧位。肾部分切除病人需绝对卧床1周。
（三）指导要点
1．术后患者其定期检查尿常规、肾功能和胸部透视。
2．保持心情舒畅。
3．术后康复的患者应定期复查，每1～3月复查一次，情况良好者每半年到一年复查一次，并坚持综合治疗。
