1、因故不能按时注册者，必须事先提供有关证明，书面向所在学部、学院〔部〕履行请假或暂缓注册手续，所在学部、学院〔部〕审批请假时间不超过两周，请假两周以上必须经研究生院培养办公室审批，否那么不予注册。全日制研究生不得请他人代为注册。
2、无故迟到三天以内者，须以书面材料说明理由，经指导教师和主管研究生工作负责人签字同意后，方能注册。无故迟到三天以上、两周以内者，视情节给予学籍处分。
3、开学两周以上无故未办理注册手续或请假逾期仍未注册者，视为放弃学籍，按自动退学处理。

4、凡需缴纳培养费等费用的研究生，缴纳费用前方可注册。研究生应当在每学年初按学校规定的缴费方式缴纳培养费用，取得注册资格。
5、研究生有以下情形之一，不得注册：
〔1〕因病或事假休学，处于休学期间者；
〔2〕新生复查不合格且保存入学资格者；
〔3〕其它按规定不符合注册资格者。
第三章 选课、重修、免修、课程考核与成绩记载
第八条 研究生必须按学校研究生培养规定及所属学科、专业培养方案的要求参加课程学入研究生辩论情况表，并归入本人学籍档案。
第九条 培养方案及选课要求
各学科、专业研究生培养方案是每位研究生制定培养方案的依据，培养方案是研究生选课的依据。培养方案中的必修课一经确定必须全部修完，并不得更改；培养方案中的选修课程，可根据需要由指导教师登陆研究生管理信息系统进行调整。
研究生所选课程必须为培养方案中规定的课程，在学研究生在选课系统开放期间进行网上选课。每学期开课后的第1、2周研究生可在选课系统上修改选课(补、退课)。
研究生网上选课后，要按课程要求进行修课。完成修课所要求的过程并通过考核方能获取相应的学分和成绩。未选课程的考核成绩无效。选课后未参加课程学习和考核，且未在规定时间内办理退选手续，该课程成绩将记零分，按不及格处理并记录在案。
