以学生的全面开展为本，以提高学生综合素质为宗旨，着力强化行为养成训练，力求将学生培养成

“一个对自己、对他人、对家庭、对社会有益无害的文明人〞，让每一个学生始终葆有“自信、自理、自立〞的精神风貌，拥有“会学习、勇实践、能生活〞的生存技能，持有"重礼仪、讲诚信、敢担当"的行为准那么。
〔四〕阶段目标
第一阶段：初见雏形〔-〕
1、师资开展：
①、进一步明确教师专业开展方向，制订教师专业开展水平评价与考核方法，优化教师资源配置，促进教师专业开展。
②、加强校本培训和继续教育集中培训，更新教育观念，推动课堂教学改革，并在此根底上加大对青年教师的培养力度，通过开展系列“岗位练兵比武〞活动，造就首批外乡名师。
2、特色打造：
①、“手抄报、剪纸〞，丰富学生课外实践，打造书香特色校园品牌。
②、关注留守儿童，初步形成以“自信、自理、自立、自护〞为重点的活动育人特色教育。
3、校园建设：
①、加大布局调整力度，争取工程资金，〔2022年起动新建一幢教师、学生住宿综合楼〕改善办学条件和教师住宿条件。
②、争取工程资金，〔2022年起动新建一幢食堂〕进一步改善办学条件。
③、启动校园文化建设工程，按“园林式学校〞加强校园根底设施建设。
