广州市水务局概况
单位简况
广州市水务局于2008年1月15日正式挂牌成立。新成立的水务局主要职能包括原市水利局承当的全部行政管理职能，原市市政园林局承当的城市供水、排水、节约用水、污水处理、水企业行业管理和城区河涌管理职能，原市建委承当的组织协调制定城区防洪及全市排涝规划并检查、催促实施的职能。
广州市水务局的组建，实现了“多龙管水〞向“一龙管水〞的转变，建立统一管理水资源的体制，对城市和农村的防洪、除涝、蓄水、供水、节水、排水、水资源保护、污水处理及其回收利用等事务实行统一规划、统一调度、统一实施取水许可、统一征收水资源费和统一管理水质水量的一体化管理，实现了水平安、水资源、水环境、水景观、水文化工程建设的五个统筹，从体制和机制上保证系统治理、综合治理和协调治理，在提高供水质量、改善水环境污染、排洪泄涝工程上实行更加高效的行政管理，同时也为广阔市民提供了涉水事务的一条龙效劳。
机构职责
广州市水务局是市政府主管全市水行政的工作部门，主要的职责包括：贯彻执行有关水行政工作的方针、政策和法律、法规、规章；统筹城区、农村水务建设和管理、根据本市国民经济和社会开展总体规划，组织编制本市水务中长期开展规划及年度方案并组织实施；统一管理全市水资源和水利、供水、排水、污水处理、再生水利用、三防等行业；负责本市水政监察和水行政执法工作；负责水务工程建设工程的技术审查；指导区、县级市水务工作，组织、协调农田水利根本建设和管理；负责本市水土保持工作；编制水务建设年度建设资金方案并组织实施；主管本市水务科技、对外合作交流和水务信息化工作。
