加油站平安大讨论心得体会
2021年5月8日，全站职工共同通过对“〞 山东省青岛市中石化东黄输油管道泄漏爆炸特别重大事故以及“〞事故典型事故案例的讨论，用发生在我们身边的事故教训，结合自身实际，牢固树立“一切事故都可以预防〞的理念。坚持平安是企业生产的生命线，是企业开展的基石。职工的人生平安、生命平安没有保障，企业的一切都无从谈起。我们必须做到以下几点：
一、通过学安第一，预防为主〞的平安生产方针
通过对典型事故案例的学习，进一步提高自己努力学习专业技术知识，不断提高业务素质的积极性，始终做到不伤害自己，不伤害别人，不被别人伤害，坚决与“违章、麻痹、不负责任〞三大敌人作斗争，预防和杜绝各种责任事故的发生，为公司的改革、开展、稳定作出奉献。
二、落实责任，用心用情
平安工作的本质就是使人的生命、健康和企业财产不受威胁，平安工作的好坏是事关人身平安和健康的大事，必须用严谨、认真的态度来对待。每当发生平安事故，事后经过认真分析都会发现，造成事故发生的原因往往十分简单，往往无视了平安管理的某个细小环节。漠视痛苦、麻木不仁，心存侥幸，责任不明，措施不力，讲形式走过场等等不用心的工作态度才是平安事故发生真正的根源。只有带着感情抓平安，才能增加责任心，落实平安措施，及时发现和消除平安隐患。一起事故对于一个企业来说，可能是几千分之一，几万分之一的不幸，但对于一个家庭来说，就是百分之百的灾难。只有实现了从
