关于卫生间翻边一次性浇筑砼做法试点
施工方案的交底
为响应集团、公司建筑施工标准，坚决执行我公司的两防要求。关于卫生间翻边，根据实际施工操作情况，通过我工程部各位施工人员的共同研究，目前确定了以下技术措施方案，作为试点进行了施工。
根据设计图纸计算，各栋每层砼平均用量为215立方。按照正常浇筑，每小时40立方的速度，需要5个多小时。
按照以上这段时间从开始到结束的时间差，我们通过严格对各班组进行了具体组织，成立卫生间突击领导小组，做到一呼百应，即：迅速、及时、确保准确无误，完成卫生间翻边一次性浇筑的各道工序。
1、首先木工班组提前将所有卫生间翻边模板制作完成，并组合固定牢固，放到便于吊装的位置。
2、钢筋工班组将卫生间翻边插筋制作完成，放置在指定便于吊装的位置。
3、测量放线人员，准备好一切，放线测量工具，安排专人进行查看砼的初凝状况。
4、塔吊工的就位，现场一切操作指令必须听从施工主管的所有安排和指挥。
按照以上对卫生间翻边施工组织部署，根据楼层大面积浇筑砼从开始时间到结束的时间差，我部将浇筑砼的顺序，先依次浇筑各个卫生间部位的墙、柱及顶板砼至翻边底部，再从上下人通道口开始浇筑大面积墙、柱砼。这样一来，在此期间卫生间部位的砼开始初凝，根据图纸设计要求我们的砼等级墙柱C45梁板为C30，根本属于高强砼。按照理论，C30砼的初凝时间春秋一般为2-3小时，按照浇筑
