Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin injection, and the observation group was treated with argatroban injection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the Barthel index score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <). Conclusions Argatroban injection has good clinical effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, which can improve the neurological deficit of patients and improve their daily activity ability.
