晋级规定：
晋级只能逐级进行，不得跨级晋升。行查岗位“精英业务员”和“主任行查员”的晋升除外。
职工提出晋级要求后，需参加部门提供的培训，通过晋级考核，在观察期内无实际业务过失，方可正式晋级。
职工未能通过晋级考核，其培训期自动延长2周。第二次未能通过晋级考核，取消晋级资格。
晋级途径不限于相同班组对应岗位，值机岗位可向高一级的行查、对客岗位申请晋级。
主任级值机员需经部门聘任。
晋级总条件
职工晋级需满足以下主要条件：
时限：根据各级别培训周期、观察周期、考核周期不同，需到达规定时限方能晋级。
考核：职工需参加晋级培训，并通过晋级考核。
绩效表现：职工绩效成绩需满足一定要求，方能晋级。晋级考核期间如有实际业务过失，不得晋级；如绩效考核期内发生特定、重大绩效过失，不得晋级。
限制不得晋级的特定、重大绩效过失包括：
3次绩效过失扣分达3分的或2次绩效过失扣分达5分的；
考核期内累计绩效过失扣分达10分的；
两次人为原因造成航班延误在5〔含5分钟〕-15分钟以上的；一次人为原因造成航班延误在15分钟〔含15分钟〕以上的。
降级规定：
降级只能逐级进行，不得跨级调降。
职工在本级工作期间绩效成绩在本级职工绩效后四分之一以内，将被强制降级；或在本级期间发生特定、重大绩效过失，将被强制降级。
将被强制降级的特定、重大绩效过失包括：
