Strengthening the honesty and self-discipline of leading cadres honesty in politics and education work, enhance leaders ability to resist 秦玥飞在宿舍处理校车试点的代表建议案。本报记者 张斌 摄 本报记者 张斌 陈勇 通讯员 李昂 4月30日，雨后的衡山县贺家乡贺家山村格外翠绿。走访村民回来的秦玥飞回到乡政府二楼宿舍，翻开电脑，开始上网搜索农民致富的实用信息。 毕业于美国耶鲁大学，2022年7月来到这里当大学生村官，今年27岁的秦玥飞靠汗水和作为，赢得了百姓的信任，被大家亲切地称为“耶鲁哥〞。今年4月底，他荣获第十五届“湖南青年五四奖章〞。 3000多项选择民选他当代表 秦玥飞是重庆人，2022年从美国耶鲁大学经济学和政治学专业毕业。品学兼优的他，完全有时机在美国找到一个适宜的工作，但他放弃了在美国谋职的时机，2022年通过严格考核，成为贺家山村的村主任助理，是全国首位从世界名校毕业回国效劳的大学生村官。 “喝过洋墨水〞的他到贺家山村当大学生村官，当地干部群众对他寄予厚望。 2022年初，村里几个村民小组长主动找到他，希望能帮助把村里灌溉用水渠改造一下。这条水渠一两公里长，因为年久失修，旱天无法过水，两边300多亩农田受灾。村民意见大，但村里一直没有钱修。 秦玥飞把这桩事揽了下来，与村民一起协商修渠方案。 方案确定后，他上网发布工程，寻找公益组织，上门和爱心企业负责人商谈，最终筹集到10万元钱。他带着村民肩挑手扛，赶在今年开春前修好了水渠。多年没解决的“老大难〞问题解决了，村里上下对秦玥飞刮目相看。村主任胡传佳说：“我佩服他的实干精神。〞 在两年不到的时间里，秦玥飞通过不同途径为贺家山村筹集80多万元资金，加上其他方面的支持，完成了贺家乡敬老院一期改扩建工程、村民 of accountability, redress of orders and prohibitions.
