四、双方每年进行科研方案交流以便掌握方向，协调分工，防止重复。共商协作工程，使双方有所侧重与分工。
五、双方科研教学所需高、精、尖仪器设备，在可能情况下向对方提供利用，并协助做好测试工作。双方的附设工厂车间，相互给予科研和实验设备加工的方便。
六、加强图书资料和情报的交流。
    以上各项，如蒙同意，建议互派科研主管人员就有关内容进一步磋商，达成协议，以利工作 。
