赴京进修人员圆满结束学习任务
2004年6月30日，呼伦贝尔市疾病预防控制中心为积极实施人才工程，在北京市卫生系统的大力支持下，派出4名同志到北京市疾病预防控制中心和西城区疾病预防控制中心进修学习，进修科目为职业卫生、理化检验和微生物检验。经过半年的进修学习，目前4位同志已经顺利结束学习任务，于2004年12月底返回中心。
在北京，她们接触到了先进的专业技术，收获了丰富的专业知识，感受了科学严谨的管理，加深了对疾病预防控制工作的理解。感觉学到了知识，开阔了视野，增长了见识，掌握了技能。在中心专门为她们举办的进修学习汇报会上，她们根据自己在北京市、区两级疾控中心的进修体会，介绍了北京疾病预防控制工作的现状以及工作开展情况，疾控中心同监督所工作的配合情况，工作运行模式，各部门职能职责及相互关系，管理上的基本特点和基本经验，计量认证，实验室内务管理等。令大家耳目一新，市监督所的领导及部分环节干部也参加了这次汇报会。

随着卫生监督体制的改革，职能转变，对疾病预防控制工作有许多新要求，疾控中心的领导感觉到了制约事业发展的瓶颈是人才，所以果断决策，克服困难积极培养人才，这一举动也得到了进修单位的赞扬和支持。
新的一年开始了，进修人员已经回到各自工作岗位上，跃跃欲试，并且有了新的工作打算，相信她们一定会将学习成果很好地展现在实际工作当中，为疾控中心事业的发展作出奉献。
