摘要
建筑行业是我国国民经济的基础行业。随着建筑行业的迅速发展,建筑工程
项目也日渐增多。近年来,关于建筑工程项目显性成本的研究体系日益完善,但
对于成本的另一重要组成部分——隐性成本,由于其构成复杂、隐蔽性强、难于
量化等固有特点,至今未形成成熟的研究方法和体系。因此,开展对建筑工程项
目隐性成本的研究,分析隐性成本的影响因素,对于建筑企业提高对隐性成本的
关注度,避免隐性成本“效益漏斗”的出现,更好地对隐性成本进行控制,提高
企业的信誉和效益是十分必要的。
本文首先在综合了前人研究成果的基础上,对建筑工程项目施工阶段隐性成
本的影响因素进行定性分析,采用“鱼骨图法”初步构建了隐性成本影响因素指
标体系;其次,根据建筑工程项目施工阶段隐性成本影响因素的特点,在综合对
比各种方法后,采用粗糙集算法对隐性成本影响因素进行属性约简和权重确定,
建立了优化后的建筑工程项目施工阶段隐性成本影响因素指标体系,确定了主要
影响因素;最后,本文以隐性成本的主要影响因素为依据,提出了建筑工程项目
施工阶段隐性成本的控制对策,且采用模糊综合评判法对控制效果进行了评价,
并进行了实证研究。
本文从定性与定量两个方面对建筑工程项目施工阶段隐性成本的影响因素进
行了较为科学地分析,提出了针对性的控制对策,并建立了控制效果评价模型。
本研究虽然具有一定局限性,但是为建筑企业隐性成本控制工作的开展提供了依
据,对建筑工程项目隐性成本的研究具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
The construction industry is the basic industry of our national economy. With the
rapid development of the construction industry, construction engineering projects also
increase quickly. In recent years, the research system about the dominant cost of
construction project is ing more and more perfect, but so far there is no mature
research method and system for another ponent of total cost--- implicit
cost, which is potentially strong. Doing some researches on the implicit cost of the
construction project and analyzing the implicit cost factors are very important to
improve the attention of the implicit cost and start the control work of the implicit cost.
