Methods: A total of 80 patients with abnormal liver function during pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin, and the control group was treated with glutathione. Fasting venous blood was collected before and after the treatment, and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and total bilirubin (TBIL) levels were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. The curative effect, complications, fetal outcome, and satisfaction score were evaluated.
