Abstract
Faced with the rapid development of electric vehicles, car
production tools as a means of transport has become an
indispensable part of modern life, and now car is facing serious
problems of environmental pollution and reduction of oil
resources, research and development of new energy vehicles has
important significance and technological progress .
Faced with the rapid development of electric vehicles, for
the study of high-power battery charging intelligent look more
important. After the current situation of the electric car
charger and lithium battery characteristics research, we use the
main circuit topology constant current, constant voltage charging
method intelligent and full-bridge transform. Firstly the main
circuit parameters in detail design and component selection,
followed by the design of the control circuit includes a driver
circuit, a detection circuit, protection circuit, and so on.
Control voltage outer part of the main uses of the double-loop PI
current loop regulator to achieve constant voltage constant
current output of the main circuit. Protection circuitry designed
to prevent over-voltage input and output overcurrent and
overvoltage phenomenon, improved intelligent charger. After the
completion of the design work carried out system simulation
experiment results show that the system design is reasonable.
