专业: 车 performance of the vehicle. Different structural forms and different parameter sizes will directly or indirectly affect the vehicle's economy, handling stability and dynamic performance. Therefore, for the whole vehicle design, the design of the drive axle is crucial, a little deviation, will seriously threaten the safety of the vehicle, or even endanger the lives of passengers.
The main content of this paper is to complete the design of drive axle. First of all, according to the knowledge learned during the undergraduate period, the traditional drive axle design method was adopted to collect the data of this model, and the relevant working principles and structural characteristics of the drive axle were learned according to the relevant literature. A design thinking process with high feasibility was developed to complete the design and calculation of the main parts of the drive axle. After repeated checking and modification, the reasonable design parameters of the drive axle are finally determined, and according to the calculation results, the drawings are completed with the help of computer AutoCAD and other drawing software.
