大学生创新意识培养现状及对策探析
[摘要]作为未来发展主力军的高校大学生,其创新意识的强弱直接关系到整个社会创新意识的精神动力的强弱。本文通过阐述大学生创新意识培养的现状,分析大学生创新意识培养存在的问题,进而提出高校大学生创新意识培养的有效途径,从而为高校创新型人力资源的培养提供切入点,为高校创新教育和素质教育的有效开展另辟蹊径。

[Abstract]As main force in the future development of college students, the strength of its innovation consciousness is directly related to the society as a whole the strength of the innovative consciousness of spiritual motivation. This paper summarizes the status of college students' innovation consciousness, analysis the problems existing in the college students' innovation consciousness, and then puts forward the effective way to cultivate college students' innovation consciousness, thus to provide entry point for the cultivation of the innovative human resources in colleges and universities, for the effective development of university innovation education and quality education.

在知识经济时代,创新能力的大小已成为制约一个国家综合国力、地区发展的最关键性因素。只有创新才能实现发展,而创新的实现需要创新意识的觉醒和普及。我们无法想象一个欠缺创新意识的民族会具有旺盛的创新能力。大学生创新意识的培养、创新能力的发挥、创造力的开发和创新素质的培养对培养创新型人才、建设国家创新体系有着重要的意义。
一、目前大学生创新意识培养的现状
1、具有创新认识但缺乏创新信心
当前大学生对创新有一定的认识,都能够正确认识创新,将创新看成是自身所必须具备的一种能力,对于创新都抱着积极的态度。但一些大学生缺乏质疑和创新信心,对于知识只是接受,而缺少了深思后的怀疑。有一些大学生对教科书上的知识只是完全地接受,一些大学生虽有怀疑,但
