在十八大期间，实行领导轮流值班制度。值班领导执行24小时值班，手机全天开机。认真记录可能发生的有关影响校园安全、稳定的情况，随时作出果断判断或处理，如有严重情况发生，立即报告领导小组讨论解决。每天下午15：00，值班领导要召集领导组成员，对全天发生的有关可疑情况，进行汇总、研判，及时解决影响校园稳定的突出问题和隐患。每天下午15：00前，由安保处将研判结果以电子版形式报送教育局法制安全股，有事报事，无事报平安，决不允许迟报、瞒报、漏报。
工作要求
认识到位。全体师生要把校园安全作为当前工作的重中之重，认识当前形势的复杂性、敏感性，坚决克服松劲厌战、麻痹大意思想，站在讲政治、讲大局的高度，做好十八大期间的安保维稳工作。
认真落实安保维稳工作的各项任务，领导组要加强对每个岗位、每个环节的监督检查、确保落实到位。凡是在十八大期间因为推诿扯皮、工作失职，导致发生重大不稳定问题，造成不良影响的，一律依法依纪严肃处理，在年度考核中予以一票否决。
值班要细致、严格，不能走过场。十八大期间，所有领导组成员一律不允许外出，手机保证24小时开机，确保联络畅通。
