二、建立激励保障机制，推进企业品牌、科技及人才队伍建设
设立镇海区建筑业发展专项奖励基金，重点支持我区企业打造建筑业品牌和创建优质工程质量奖。
（六）鼓励企业创建优质工程。引导企业树立品牌意识，打造精品工程。对在大市范围内工程建设项目获鲁班奖、国家优质工程金奖、国家优质工程银奖、省级“钱江杯”、宁波市“甬江杯”优质工程奖、“招宝山杯” 优质工程奖的主承建企业，分别给予50万元、20万元、10万元、5万元、3万元、2万元的奖励；独立设计创国家优秀设计奖的，给予10万元奖励。所获奖项以最高奖为准，不重复奖励。对获鲁班奖、国家优质工程金奖的项目经理，自获奖日期起，5年内可在本区范围内同时承接二个项目（或镇海区内1个，宁波市其它县、市、区1个，下同）。对获得国家优质工程银奖、省级“钱江杯”优质工程奖的项目经理，自获奖日期起，3年内可在本区范围内同时承接二个项目；获得地市级优质工程奖或者区“招宝山杯”的项目经理，从获奖日期起，1年内可在本区范围内同时承接二个项目。对获得上述优质工程奖的项目经理，参与本区项目招投标的资格预审中，省级及以上的予以加2分；市、区级的予以加1分。
