I 邳州市农村青年创业意愿及影响因素研究摘要社会不断发展的过程,必定也是社会需求不断分化和衍生的过程。创业作为农村青年就业的一种特殊形式,在引领农村青年实现个人追求的同时,也直接带动了农村社会经济与文化的改变。农村青年创业的稳步发展,必能有效地改变农村落后的面貌,也有利于推动农村劳动力的合理转移。近年来农村青年创业研究已经成为学术界进行创业研究的热点之一,但就整体而言,农村青年创业研究现阶段仍处于起步阶段,所开展的实证研究也较多停留在现象的描述,集中于对现状和问题的研究,关于如何提高农村青年的创业意愿还缺乏更加深入地分析;另外也缺乏对农村青年创业意愿影响因素的实证研究。因此,非常有必要对农村青年创业意愿及影响因素开展基于抽样调查的实证研究,完善相关理论体系,促使创业研究上升到既符合创业实践又具备理论价值的高度。随着政府的高度重视及全社会的共同努力,我国创业形势日渐积极,创业开始成为引领社会进步的集体意识和时代理想,江苏省邳州市也适时出台了一系列旨在促进全民创业的政策。基于此背景,文章依托“邳州市农村青年创业状况”问卷调查所获得的实证材料,首先从农村青年创业率、投资领域、投资规模、资金来源、创业效益、信息渠道、培训情况、创业意向以及对政府的期待等方面对邳州市农村青年创业的现状进行了分析。在此基础上,文章从个人特质和家庭背景的角度对农村青年创业意向影响因素进行了分析。最后,对典型案例进行简要分析,并提出完善和优化农村青年创业的措施和建议。关键词:农村青年;创业意愿;影响因素;邳州市 2 Abstract The process of continuous development of society, must demand of social differentiation and derivative process.
