推荐材料和就业协议书的审核与补办工作
组织毕业生填写推荐表，并仔细审核无误，组织辅导员做好推荐意见的填写工作；在规定时间内，按照学院为单位收齐推荐表到就业指导服务中心盖章，做到不拖延。认真作好毕业生推荐表、协议书的补办工作，要查细、查实，严堵擅自毁约的不良行为。毕业生违约1次扣一分，扣完为止。

毕业生离校相关材料
做好毕业鉴定工作，组织毕业生做好自我鉴定工作，并做好学院和学校鉴定；毕业生装档无错误，无漏装现象。
