A ptamer have gained considerable interest in bio-analytical application in many fileds such as analytical chemistry, environmental supervision, disease treatment and drug development, etc. This article briefly discusses the research progress and application of aptamers ina variety of sensor technologies, including: optical sensors, electrochemical sensors, other sensors, etc. Following that, the multiplex analysis has been also stated in the development of aptamer-based biosensors and bioassay methods.
