在组织大家学习县委“”文件后，全局干部职工分成3个小组，就“”会议文件进行讨论，纷纷发表自己的意见和建议。第一讨论小组认为，县委“”工作部署是借“两化”互动，统筹城乡发展的契机，对建设“生态大城市”工作的再部署、再动员、再落实，我们要坚定信心，更新理念，采取有力举措，做好文化市场的规划、审批、监管等工作，为实现文化大发展大繁荣奠定坚实基础；第二讨论小组认为，县委“”工作部署把“生态大城市”建设目标落实到具体的责任单位，并做出了完成期限要求，既是对大家工作能力、工作态度的信任，又是对大家完成工作目标鞭策，我局一定要紧盯年初项目任务，全力抓好项目的征引、实施等工作，确保项目工作走在全县前列；第三讨论组认为，县委“”会议对安全稳定工作提出了新要求，我局及下属单位一定要高度重视，树立做好工作的信心，制定安全稳定实施方案，努力化解矛盾纠纷，确保我局及下属单位无安全事故发生，无上访人员闹事，为迎接党的十八大召开营造和谐的社会环境和氛围。
