　　1、住宅建筑：每户至少有一个居室大寒日的有效日照不低于3小时。当现状住宅（以户为单位）原有效日照低于大寒日3小时的，该户原最大的有效日照时间作为其日照标准，应满足至少有一个居室大寒日的有效日照不低于该标准。居室指卧室、起居室（也称厅）。
　　2、宿舍、酒店式公寓：每栋至少有半数以上的宿舍大寒日的有效日照不低于3小时。宿舍指有集中管理且仅供单身人士使用的居住建筑。酒店式公寓指提供酒店式管理服务的住宅。
　　3、敬老院、老人公寓、残疾人专用住宅等服务设施：每间住宅至少有一个居室冬至日的有效日照不低于2小时。
　　4、托儿所、幼儿园的活动室及寝室：冬至日有效日照不低于3小时；中小学教室：每幢教学楼半数以上的教室冬至日有效日照（一般为南外廊）不低于2小时。
　　5、医院病房：每幢大楼半数以上的病房冬至日有效日照不低于2小时。

　　6、旧区新建、改建项目：住宅每户至少有一个居室大寒日的有效日照不低于1小时。旧区范围按《厦门市城市规划管理技术规定》（2010版）的要求界定。
　　7、传统风貌街区、历史街区、危旧房原址改建等特殊区域或地块内，当含上述建筑功能时其日照标准不受上述规定限制。
　　8、已由市行政执法部门作出拆除决定的违章建筑，不考虑其日照要求。
　　9、日照受影响的住宅，其产权人同意放弃该住宅的日照权益，应出具书面意见，且经公证机关公证，可不考虑该住宅的日照要求。
　　第七条 日照分析参数要求：
　　1、厦门市经纬度：东经118°6′，北纬24°27′
　　2、有效时间：真太阳时大寒日8：00-16：00，冬至日9：00-15：00
　　3、时间计算精度：不超过5分钟
